Jemaah Islamiyah (JI) detainee Mas Selamat bin Kastari escaped from the
Whitley Road Detention Centre at 4:05 pm on 27 Feb 2008.
Mas Selamat was the leader of the Singapore JI network and ispresently at large.
He is
short (1.58m) and
limps on the left leg when running or walking briskly.
He is not known to be armed. Anyone whorenders assistance to him is committing a grave offence.
Call 999 immediately if you see him
